Order GCMS Notes

The GCMS (Global Case Management System) is a centralized system used by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) to process applications for permanent residence, and citizenship.

When you request access to your GCMS notes, you’ll be able to get an accurate and detailed view of the status of your application and where it is in the process. You can also order GCMS notes if your application is refused.

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose the GCMS Notes format you prefer and make payment.
• Once payment is made, you will be able to download the instructions to fill out and sign your consent form which will be emailed to you.
• Once your consent form is received, the notes will be applied for within 24 hours. GCMS notes should be available within 30 - 40 days but any updates received before then will be sent to you.
